The Hindi OTT market has matured. In 2020-2021, anything went straight to streaming due to theaters being closed. Now the market is disciplined: theatrical-first, then digital at a negotiated window. The platforms have pricing power — they can afford to wait for the theatrical run to exhaust before picking up rights at a reasonable price.
