OTT vs Theatrical: How Telugu Films Decide

Telugu producers have gotten sharp about OTT deals. Budget under Rs 30 crore usually means direct-to-OTT on Aha or Prime. Budget Rs 30-100 crore means theatrical first, OTT in 4-6 weeks. Above Rs 100 crore, the theatrical window stretches to 8 weeks minimum. The platforms are paying aggressive prices — which is why every week has new arrivals.
